Return Process

Examine your plants immediately upon arrival and contact customer service within 48 hours if there are any signs of transit damage or missing items.

Reach out to our support team via phone or our online contact form to initiate a return request and provide your order number and photos of the plants.
- 3.Review the Guarantee
Our 'No-Risk Guarantee' covers perennials and shrubs for one full year; our team will verify your claim against the specific planting instructions provided.
- 4.Receive Credit or Replacement
Once your request is approved, we will issue a merchandise credit for the full purchase price or ship a replacement plant during the next available planting season.
